Education Director

Position: Dynamic Education Director Wanted

Oxford Learning Montreal DDO seeks a dynamic Education Director to lead initiatives that support student learning and development in a collaborative setting.

In this full-time role, you will connect with students and families, implement educational strategies, and ensure the Oxford Learning philosophy is upheld. The job is highly interactive, involving community outreach and tailored learning programs designed to inspire students academically. Your expertise will shape a positive and energetic educational atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate families about available programs

• Schedule and coordinate student activities

• Implement student assessments and programs

• Build relationships within the local community

• Engage with parents to discuss student progress

Requirements:

• Must hold a university degree

• Fluent French, both oral and written

• Experience in education is essential

• Familiarity with MS Office required

• Customer service experience, preferably in sales
