As a Training Specialist Principal, you will enhance the tactical skills of Navy officers and sailors in SSDS systems and air defense strategies. This role demands expertise in operational procedures, maintenance practices, and assessment of performance using dynamic training tools. Being at the forefront of curriculum development, you will shape the future of naval defense training through engaging classroom and hands-on instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced training and classroom instruction on SSDS combat systems

• Utilize simulation tools to analyze naval capabilities

• Assess sailor performance and provide improvement recommendations

• Customize lesson plans for classroom teaching

• Support training gap analysis and curriculum updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical discipline

• Seven years of combat systems tactical employment experience

• One year as an Instructor/Trainer in NCTE environment

• Familiarity with SSDS training simulators

• Secret security clearance required
