Join The Mast Academy Trust as the Trust Development Lead for KS2 Outcomes. Shape the future of educational success for Year 5 and Year 6 students through collaboration and leadership.

In this vital role, you will engage with Headteachers and senior leaders to foster better learning and teaching methods across multiple schools. The aim is to strengthen provision for Key Stage 2 and share impactful practices among educators. You will contribute to a legacy of sustainable improvement and high standards in student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the development of KS2 initiatives across the Trust

• Collaborate with educational leaders to share practices

• Mentor and coach staff for professional growth

• Formulate a comprehensive KS2 educational strategy

• Drive sustainable improvements in teaching and learning

Requirements:

• Background as a successful educational leader

• Demonstrated improvement in KS2 outcomes

• Experience in coaching and developing educators

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Availability for a potential part-time secondment
