Become an Educational Teaching Assistant at Crossley Fields Junior & Infant School, a role aimed at empowering students with special educational needs. This fixed-term position lasts until 31st August 2027.

Crossley Fields is dedicated to providing a broad and inclusive curriculum to a diverse student population. We are looking for an individual who can support pupils with behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. You will engage directly with pupils and collaborate with teachers and parents to foster an enriching learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage independence and positive behaviour in students

• Work within a team of educators and support staff

• Prepare effective learning resources for engaging lessons

• Support pupils during playtime and lunchtimes
