Elevate training initiatives at Bombardier as a Learning Business Partner for Initial Programs. Take charge of SAP S/4

HANA training and improve employee development through effective learning solutions.

In this role within the Organizational Learning team, you will ensure the successful setup of training facilities and coordinate training materials for various programs. Your contributions will focus on delivering essential training, evaluating new technologies, and analyzing feedback to enhance training effectiveness. Strong organizational and communication skills are vital for engaging with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up training facilities and learning spaces

• Coordinate logistics for SAP S/4

HANA training materials

• Deliver SAP S/4

HANA training as Master Trainer

• Evaluate new technology for learning solutions

• Analyze training feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

• Minimum two years in a manufacturing environment

• Strong organizational and adaptability skills

• Proficiency in English and French

• Experience with Learning Management Systems
