Drive development initiatives as a Learning Business Partner with Bombardier in the aerospace sector. Contribute to the training of employees through effective program management and logistics coordination.

In this pivotal role, you will join Bombardier’s Organizational Learning team, leveraging at least two years of manufacturing experience or five years in technical training. Your contributions will focus on setting up training facilities, managing resources for SAP S/4

HANA training, and evaluating training effectiveness. You’ll gather feedback to enhance training programs and support integration for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up training facilities and learning spaces

• Coordinate logistics for SAP S/4

HANA training materials

• Deliver training as the Master Trainer

• Evaluate new technologies for training solutions

• Analyze feedback for program improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, or Business Administration

• Minimum of two years in a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in English and French

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
