Aerospace Learning Business Partner Role

Location: Dorval

Join Bombardier as a Learning Business Partner focused on initial programs to enhance employee training experiences in the aerospace industry. Manage logistics and deliver high-quality training.

As part of Bombardier’s Organizational Learning team, you will ensure effective training environments and contribute your expertise in SAP S/4

HANA education. With a minimum of two years in a manufacturing role or five years in technical training, you’ll lead the setup of training facilities and evaluate the success of training strategies. Your job will include collecting participant feedback to continually improve learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage setup of training locations and logistics

• Serve as Master Trainer for SAP S/4

HANA sessions

• Assess effectiveness of training programs

• Collaborate on new technology evaluations

• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Proficiency in English and French

• Experience in project management tools

• Knowledge of LMS is a plus
