Position: Winter 2027 Professor for Data Mining Course
Join the Telfer School of Management as a part-time professor for Business Data Mining in Winter 2027. Teach students the essentials of data mining, including critical analysis techniques and Big Data applications.

The University of Ottawa is looking for an experienced instructor for the Main Campus to facilitate the Business Data Mining course. Candidates should hold an MBA or Master’s degree, preferably a PhD, and possess prior teaching credentials in this specialization. The course covers data classification, clustering, and key applications in diverse managerial fields such as Customer Relationship Management and survival analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead classes focused on data mining techniques

• Create and assess assignments reflecting real-world scenarios

• Facilitate engaging discussions on managerial applications

• Ensure compliance with educational policies and procedures

Requirements:

• An MBA or Master’s degree;
