Join Bombardier as a Technical Learning Advisor for the mechanical technician team. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping training programs for new employees.
In this advisory role, you will develop and implement educational strategies that enhance employee skills and operational standards. Collaborating with strategic partners, you will facilitate hands-on learning experiences and coaching sessions that empower new technicians. Your goal will be to promote continuous learning and operational excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design hands-on activities for training

• Create learning environments and lead sessions

• Act as a resource for technical expertise

• Provide coaching and feedback to learners

• Identify areas for continuous improvement
Requirements:

• At least 4 years' experience as a Pre-flight Mechanical Technician

• DEC or AEC in Aircraft Maintenance (M2 License is an asset)

• Experience in adult education and project management

• Able to influence others effectively

• Bilingual in French and English
