Join the Telfer School of Management as an instructor for the Winter 2027 Seminar in Administration. This part-time role centers around personal development and leadership, engaging students in meaningful discussions.

Candidates must hold an MBA or a Master’s degree, preferably a PhD. This seminar will enhance students' understanding of leadership skills and community engagement. With an expected enrolment of 40, you will have the opportunity to develop future leaders while sharing your expertise in a facilitator-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions on leadership and personal development

• Assess student submissions in French

• Connect students with industry professionals

• Adapt teaching strategies based on student feedback

• Organize seminars to align with current trends

Requirements:

• MBA or Master’s degree required;
PhD preferred

• Relevant professional experience in leadership

• Strong network for guest speakers

• Availability to meet students and partners

• Ability to evaluate coursework in French
