In this key role, reporting to the Senior Manager, you will oversee the instructional design and development of training content for Cargo employees. Your focus will be on enhancing existing materials, leading the creation of new programs, and ensuring compliance with Air Canada’s SOPs. You will engage with various stakeholders to maintain the highest training standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and development of training programs
• Collaborate on regulatory compliance for cargo handling
• Monitor training content for updates and improvements
• Develop project workplans to stay on schedule
• Liaise with Health & Safety for content relevance
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in training development
• Strong experience in cargo operations preferred
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools preferred
