In this dynamic role, you will deliver and innovate training programs that empower new RBC Dominion Securities (RBC DS) assistants and associates to excel in their roles. Through immersive, multi-format learning experiences, you will drive efficiency, elevate client service, and foster long-term success—all while championing a culture of continuous growth and collaboration.

What will you do?

  • Lead and Innovate Training Programs:
Own and deliver the Montreal Admin/Associate Fundamentals program (approximately 8 sessions annually), adapting to hiring needs and business priorities.
  • Collaborate for Impact:
Partner with peers to develop shared curricula and training materials, ensuring consistency and best practices across regions.
  • Measure and Improve:
Track program effectiveness through feedback and data, driving continuous enhancements for maximum impact.
  • Engage and Inspire:
Deliver dynamic in-person and virtual training on core processes, operational best practices, and business context.
  • Coach for Success:
Provide post-program coaching and behavioral assessments to reinforce learning and drive performance.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve:
Update training materials to reflect evolving industry trends, policies, and organizational changes.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships:
Collaborate with Branch Managers, Operations teams, and Head Office to align training goals and share expertise.
  • Manage Logistics Seamlessly:
Coordinate training logistics (invitations, venues, materials) with precision and professionalism.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 2+ years of experience working on an advisory team, with solid knowledge of wealth management products, operations, and client needs.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in facilitating group training sessions.
  • Collaborative mindset: A proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Client-centric approach: A relentless focus on delivering excellence in service and support.

Nice-to-have

  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and a curiosity-driven approach to innovation.
  • Passion for sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.
  • Previous training/coaching experience.
  • CSC and CPH or CIRE, an asset.
