Position: Part-Time Student Supervisor Role

Become a vital part of Heroes' Memorial Elementary School in Cowansville, Quebec as a Student Supervisor. In this role, you'll ensure a safe and inviting atmosphere for students while enforcing school discipline policies.

As a Student Supervisor, your key duties involve monitoring students throughout their school day, assisting with their needs, and providing safety during arrivals and departures. You will collaborate with teachers and staff to engage students in activities while maintaining discipline and reporting any concerns. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee student safety during breaks and transitions

• Enforce school rules and policies consistently

• Provide assistance in cafeteria and on buses

• Issue reports on student behavior and absences

• Respond to emergencies and administer first aid

Requirements:

• Valid secondary school diploma or equivalent experience

• Minimum one year of relevant supervisory experience

• Bilingual in French and English

• Current first aid certification

• Strong understanding of psychology and human interactions
