Enhance Call Centre success as a Training Specialist in Montreal. Develop engaging development programs and coach agents to elevate the customer experience through effective training initiatives.
This 12-month temporary role focuses on delivering training design, facilitating coaching sessions, and maximizing the impact of learning initiatives. The Specialist will create documentation and collaborate with operations teams to continuously improve training effectiveness and agent performance. Building relationships with external partners will also be essential for coordinating specialized training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver effective onboarding training for new hires
• Facilitate product knowledge workshops and upskilling sessions
• Coach agents based on performance metrics and QA results
• Maintain up-to-date training manuals and reference materials
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement feedback improvements
Requirements:
• College degree in Tourism or relevant field
• At least 1 year experience in Call Centre or training role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
