This role within the Learning and Teaching Services (LTS) team emphasizes key skills in instructional design and educational technology. You will engage with subject matter experts and program coordinators, guiding them through course development and revisions. The focus is on aligning courses with quality assurance standards and best practices in educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise faculty on learning theories and instructional design processes

• Collaborate with Curriculum Consultants and Multimedia Developers

• Develop professional learning opportunities for faculty

• Conduct one-on-one consultations for instructional design

• Create resources that support effective course delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum four-year degree in Education or related field

• Five years of experience in education or training

• One year in instructional design or educational technology

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
