Location: Montreal
Support EDEE 223 learning through marking, course materials, and discussions at McGill University in an English-language setting. Attend scheduled Thursday and Friday classes.
This Teaching Assistant appointment is within McGill’s Department of Integrated Studies in Education. The position supports students through grading, project supervision, and feedback on presentations or coursework. Candidates must be enrolled graduate students with course-content knowledge and teaching experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Mark and grade student work
- Prepare course materials for instruction
- Assist students’ learning throughout the course
- Lead class discussions and supervise projects
- Provide feedback on presentations or coursework
- Current graduate student enrollment at McGill University
- Knowledge of the course content
- Teaching experience, especially with younger students
- Elementary school teaching experience is an asset
- English Language Arts teaching experience is a bonus
