Support Elementary School Science 2 at McGill University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, using science education knowledge and English communication. This appointment is based in Quebec.
The Department of Integrated Studies in Education seeks one Graduate Teaching Assistant for EDEE 273-003/004. The 65-hour appointment runs from December 21, 2026, through April 30, 2027. Responsibilities focus on student learning, assessment, course preparation, discussions, and project supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Mark and grade student work for Elementary School Science 2
Prepare course materials for EDEE 273-003/004
Assist students with their learning throughout the course
Lead discussions and supervise assigned projects
Provide feedback on presentations and coursework
Requirements:
Enrollment as a graduate student at McGill University
Familiarity with course content and science education
Teaching experience, ideally in science, is an asset
Spoken and written English communication
Authorization to work in Canada and Quebec availability
