Support MGCR 222 through assignment grading and course attendance as a part time Teaching Assistant at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management.
This Teaching Assistant supports Introduction to Organizational Behaviour during the winter 2027 term. The position includes preparing and grading assignments, attending the course, and holding office hours. It also covers preparation and grading for both examinations. One position is available for 90 total hours of work per term.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare assignments for Introduction to Organizational Behaviour
- Grade course assignments accurately and consistently
- Attend MGCR 222 course sessions
- Hold scheduled office hours for students
- Prepare and grade midterm and final examinations
- Current McGill graduate student status
- Appropriate academic background for the course
- Availability for the winter 2027 term
- Ability to complete 90 hours per term
