Job Description

What you’re responsible for:

  • Analyze client needs and develop project design plans
  • Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and obtain required approvals
  • Manage and track material orders
  • Coordinate project planning and execution with internal teams
  • Ensure rigorous control of costs, budgets, and schedules
  • Act as the primary point of contact for professionals and consultants
  • Conduct site visits as needed and monitor progress
  • Communicate regular updates to stakeholders
  • Adjust plans based on changes during the project
  • Prepare project progress and performance reports
  • Conduct safety audits (pre/post-project or as needed)
  • Advise internal clients on safety systems during site visits
  • Qualifications

    To join our team:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
  • Inspiring leadership and strong influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), bilingual in French and English
  • Strong team player and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Autonomous, proactive, and highly organized
  • Experience in budget management and forecasting (trend analysis an asset)
  • PMP certification (an asset)
