Job Description
What you’re responsible for:
Analyze client needs and develop project design plansEstimate costs, prepare budgets, and obtain required approvalsManage and track material ordersCoordinate project planning and execution with internal teamsEnsure rigorous control of costs, budgets, and schedulesAct as the primary point of contact for professionals and consultantsConduct site visits as needed and monitor progressCommunicate regular updates to stakeholdersAdjust plans based on changes during the projectPrepare project progress and performance reportsConduct safety audits (pre/post-project or as needed)Advise internal clients on safety systems during site visitsQualifications
To join our team:
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a related fieldExcellent ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on timeInspiring leadership and strong influencing skillsExcellent communication skills (oral and written), bilingual in French and EnglishStrong team player and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholdersResults-oriented and committed to continuous improvementProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAutonomous, proactive, and highly organizedExperience in budget management and forecasting (trend analysis an asset)PMP certification (an asset)Additional Information
