Nous recherchons un(e) Représentant(e) Client expérimenté(e) pour assurer l’interface entre le constructeur aéronautique et le client (acquéreurs d’aéronefs / compagnies aériennes). Ce poste convient particulièrement à un inspecteur qualité en aéronautique retraité, souhaitant un travail flexible à temps partiel.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Representative to be the interface between the Aircraft Manufacturer and the Customer (aircraft buyers/airlines). This role is ideal for a retired aviation quality inspector seeking flexible, part‑time work.

• Coordinate technical (airframe, engine, systems) and commercial (cabin equipment, aircraft delivery) aspects between partners.
• Ensure quality, respond to customer inquiries, detect and report discrepancies.
• Maintain strong relationships with our client and customers.
• Track aircraft construction progress and manage related documentation.

• Aeronautical or military training, with 5-10 years in the aeronautical field.
• Fluent in technical English, with in‑depth knowledge of aeronautical systems and technologies.

• Familiar with internal/client processes and international relations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various situations.
