Responsibilities Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings
Manage a group of architectural staff, leading project meetings, and coordinating other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
Manage a team of consultants
Client communication
Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both the internal and external client needs are met and that the projects are delivered within cost, quality and schedule targets
Manage the planning, scheduling, forecasting and staffing and working with accounting to achieve the desired results.
Review monthly project performance data including utilization, multipliers, revenue analysis (profit/loss), hard and soft backlog, client/ consulting invoicing, work in progress and accounts receivable, overhead optimization, and overall quality of work.
Support the team on pursuing work through assisting with RFP preparation including schedule and fee

Qualifications Licensed Architect or professional designation/education in a design/construction focused field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be considered an asset.
Minimum of 10 years experience working in a similar role
Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, Visualization software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam.
Experience with Security & Defence and mixed-use projects would be considered an asset.
Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $110,600 – $146,500
MB & ON: $100,900 – $139,000
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $99,900 – $132,700
