You will serve as the link between Registered Energy Advisors and installation contractors, managing site challenges and creating detailed work plans. A strong understanding of energy modeling and residential construction is crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with contractors and advisors for program compliance

• Troubleshoot issues on-site with contractors and advisors

• Provide reporting and tracking to the Technical Manager

• Create and update comprehensive work plans

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety practices

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in green building or related field

• 5+ years in residential building or retrofit work

• Strong bilingual communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and building science

• Valid driver’s license required
