Drive innovation at BGIS as a Senior Drawing and Occupancy Technologist, focusing on precise execution of drawing services and occupancy strategies. Embrace this role to enhance data integrity and service quality.

You will act as a technical expert, leading the Drawing and Occupancy services to ensure all projects align with BGIS’s global standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery, resolve internal issues, and maintain quality documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day execution of client deliverables

• Facilitate development and transition of services into new accounts

• Monitor project schedules and adherence to quality objectives

• Provide analytical reports to identify potential errors

• Foster strong relationships through effective communication

Requirements:

• College Diploma in a technical discipline

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2016 and project management software

• Solid understanding of facility management standards

• Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving skills

• PMP or MCR certification considered an asset
