BIM Manager

Position: BIM Manager at Perkins&Will
Join Perkins&Will as a BIM Manager in Toronto or Ottawa, where your expertise in architectural design technology will be pivotal. Collaborate closely with design teams and lead innovations in modeling strategies while fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

As a BIM Manager, your role involves significant collaboration with managing, operational, and design leadership to ensure project success. You will develop project-specific strategies, maintain modeling quality, and engage with clients to enhance business relations. In addition to mentoring, you will structure workshops and represent our firm in AEC forums and conferences across the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with studio leadership for project success

• Maintain quality assurance across modeling and workflows

• Lead and mentor the design technology community

• Document exemplar processes and procedures

• Promote local adoption of new technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

• Experience with Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper

• Strong communication skills in various formats

• Commitment to learning new design technologies

• LEED GA certification within 6 months of hire
