Enhance your career as an Intermediate Scheduler, reporting to the Project Controls Manager in northern Ontario. Support project schedules across engineering, procurement, and construction phases through cooperative data gathering. This role focuses on maintaining and updating project schedules while ensuring compliance with established standards and frameworks.
You will coordinate scheduling inputs among various teams, generating essential reports, managing data integrity, and identifying potential delays. This position requires excellent organization and communication skills to effectively collaborate across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules
Update durations, logic, and activities based on inputs
Validate and consolidate data from multiple project teams
Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports
Identify schedule inconsistencies and elevate issues
Requirements Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in a related field
4–8 years of scheduling experience on capital projects
Proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
Exposure to mining or heavy industrial projects is an asset
Relevant certifications like PMP or AACE are advantageous
