Collins Aerospace is looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to act as the primary technical liaison. This position requires effective communication and coordination of resources to adhere to service level agreements. You will lead daily operations, manage customer assets, and ensure prompt incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the primary point of contact for customer technical needs
• Manage customer inventory and asset lifecycle effectively
• Oversee incident management for timely issue resolution
• Develop operational processes to enhance service delivery
• Analyze failures and restore equipment functionality efficiently
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience
• Canadian citizenship needed for airport access
• Fluent in English and French, spoken and written
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for support
