Overview

Become the primary technical liaison with Collins Aerospace as a Field Service Technician. Engage in effective communication and issue resolution to high standards in office. In this onsite role, you will lead daily operations while coordinating technical resources to meet service level agreements.

• Be the primary technical point of contact for customers
• Manage customer assets, including inventory and lifecycle
• Oversee incident management and ensure timely resolution
• Develop and maintain effective operational processes
• Analyze system failures and restore equipment functionality

• University degree or equivalent experience; 2 years relevant experience
• Canadian citizenship required for airport access
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
• Experience with Radio VHF/UHF systems
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for support
