Menzies Aviation is seeking an SSE Officer responsible for overseeing safety, security, and environmental protocols. This role involves fostering a culture of safety, collaborating with management, and implementing robust policies. The officer will actively engage in audits, training, and incident investigations to uphold compliance and enhance operational outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct feedback and promote open communication among staff

• Implement safety, security, and environmental policies effectively

• Conduct health and safety inspections and audits monthly

• Lead the station's health and safety committee initiatives

• Facilitate safety alert distributions and emergency response plans

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• High school diploma required; relevant experience preferred

• OSHA certification or similar is desirable

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license is essential

• Proficient in PC use and technology applications
