JOB OVERVIEW

As a successful candidate, you will be part of a team of employees supporting engine maintenance, repair and overhaul. The employee will be engaged in multiple technical support functions, with the requirement to cross-train within all functions as directed.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to produce and review technical data and facilitating the flow of information related to the aircraft engine repair. This function also ensures that documentation is organized and all required information is properly completed and recorded per business and/or customer needs.
  • Responsible to update documentation and instructions for tools and equipment operated by the company.
  • Participate in the company's continuous developmental skills program to ensure goals are attained.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent to be able to analyze and action lists of various data
  • Good knowledge of Life Limited Parts, Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins
  • Proven ability and skills required to, prepare technical work packages in line with customer requirements
  • Able to compile, review and produce quality/records documentation and/or processes

Desired skills, qualifications and experience :

  • Similar experience in technical data, engine log book management, or engine MRO will be an asset.
  • Experience in engine purchasing/engine lease return will be an asset.
  • Experience in history back to birth evaluation/technical writer will be an asset.
