As an Assistant General Supervisor, you will report directly to the General Supervisor, overseeing all underground operations. Your responsibilities encompass developing shift plans, reviewing production data, and ensuring safety compliance. The role also requires collaboration across departments to maximize efficiency while upholding Agnico Eagle’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee execution of detailed 3-shift operational plans

• Review data to identify variances and implement corrective actions

• Plan activities with different operational groups

• Supervise Mine Intelligence and Mine Control Center

• Mentor team members to support departmental objectives

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of mining experience

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

• Multicultural work environment experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
