As an SMS Advisor, you will assess risks, develop safety standards, and lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement.
Your role will involve collaboration with various teams to ensure effective SMS training and deployment. With 4 to 7 years of aerospace experience, you will have the opportunity to impact operational performance significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of SMS tools and standards
• Analyze product safety risks and implement mitigation measures
• Train staff on SMS procedures and improvements
• Conduct investigations and recommend safety enhancements
• Collaborate on strategic safety initiatives across departments
Requirements:
• Relevant technical degree or bachelor’s in aerospace
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in aerospace
• Strong knowledge of SMS regulations required
• Ability to manage projects and risks
• Bilingual in English and French essential
