Your expertise in methodologies like Fishbone and Pareto analysis will be critical, as you maintain a priority framework aligned with operational planning cycles and SIOP. Bring your experience to coordinate with various functions, driving execution in operational reviews and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structured root cause analysis for delivery performance

• Deep dive into manufacturing and quality system failures

• Develop and maintain priority framework with SIOP alignment

• Facilitate working sessions and review meetings

• Maintain root cause register with actionable outcomes

Requirements:

• 6+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations

• Proficient in Fishbone, 5-Why, and Pareto analysis

• Experience in facilitating root cause sessions

• Knowledge of SAP MRP and interpretation of outputs

• Strong analytical skills in complex environments
