About your next
Challenge as a Material Composite & Structure Manufacturing Engineering:
Reporting to the Methods Department Supervisor, the Methods Agent is responsible for defining the methodology required for the fabrication, modification, or revision of work instructions related to the repair and modification of various aircraft structures. Their primary responsibility is to develop and implement effective work instructions that promote optimal production while meeting quality standards, deadlines, and cost requirements. They also serve as a liaison between the engineering, program, planning, and production departments.
The methods agent is a technical specialist who combines in‑depth expertise in composite materials with methodological skills in the field of aeronautical repair and overhaul. He/she stands out through mastery of aircraft structure manufacturing and assembly processes, as well as advanced knowledge in composite part manufacturing processes.
