Sipromac (vacuum packaging), Picard (Bakery ovens) and Hot Rocks (Pizza oven) existing for more than 60 years. All our equipement are manufactured in our Drummondville facility and are reknown throughout North America.

Prerequisites and training
BAC in mechanical, or electrical, or automation engineering
5 to 7 years of experience is a similar position
Bilinguism english/french: spoken and written at an intermediate level
Experience in customer service
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience with Zoho Desk would be an asset
Competencies
Ability to manage priorities and respect the schedule
Ability to efficiently manage a multitude of cases
Communicate in a clear, consise and respectful manner
Rigor / Autonomy / Initiative
