* * Déterminer les fenêtres optimales pour réaliser les travaux préventifs et correctifs en minimisant l’impact sur la production;
* Planifier les travaux en fonction des priorités et de la disponibilités des équipements et des ressources humaines et matérielles;
* Effectuer, avec l’équipe technique, le suivi des travaux de maintenance de toute l’usine;
* Intégrer les exigences SSE lors de l’ordonnancement des bons de travail;* Élaborer et communiquer la cédule de maintenance annuelle avec les équipes de production;
* Effectuer le suivi et la publication des indicateurs de performance maintenance.
* Vous détenez un DEC dans une discipline technique pertinente (Génie mécanique, Logistique, Électrotechnique, Maintenance industrielle, etc.), ou une expérience jugée équivalente;
* Vous possédez une expérience solide d'au moins 10 ans) dans un poste similaire en milieu industriel, l'expérience en secteur aéronautique étant considérée comme un atout;
* Vous avez de l'expérience dans un environnement de travail syndiqué;
* Vous maîtrisez les logiciels de Gestion de la Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur (GMAO);
* Vous faites preuve d'une bonne capacité de rédaction technique (synthèse, rapports, etc.);
* Vous détenez une compétence intermédiaire en français et un niveau débutant en anglais.
* Determine the optimal windows for carrying out preventive and corrective work while minimizing the impact on production;
* Plan the work according to priorities and the availability of equipment and human and material resources;
* Carry out, with the technical team, the monitoring of maintenance work throughout the plant;
* Integrate HSE requirements when scheduling work orders;
* Develop and communicate the annual maintenance schedule with the production teams;
* Monitor and publish maintenance performance indicators;
* You hold a DEC (College Diploma) in a relevant technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Electrotechnology, Industrial Maintenance, etc.), or equivalent experience;
* You have solid experience (10 years) in a similar role within the industrial sector, with experience in the aeronautical sector considered an asset;
* You have experience working within a unionized environ ment;
* You are proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software;
* You demonstrate good technical writing ability (summaries, reports, etc.).
* You possess intermediate proficiency in French and a beginner level in English.
