* Vous détenez un diplôme d'études universitaires en génie mécanique, ou un diplôme équivalent ;
* Vous avez un minimum de trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience en support à la clientèle, support technique ou gestion d’opérations aériennes ;
* Vous avez une bonne connaissance des systèmes de propulsion aéronautique (principalement les moteurs) ;
* Vous avez une expérience de collaboration avec un motoriste (un atout) ;
* Vous avez la capacité de prendre des décisions solides et précises en faisant preuve d'un bon jugement ;
* Vous êtes un joueur d'équipe avec de solides compétences en communication (verbale et écrite) ;
* Vous êtes organisé, capable de gérer votre temps et de prioriser efficacement les tâches, même avec des courts délais ;
* Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais) à l'oral et à l'écrit.

The A220 commercial aircraft Program is looking for a
** Propulsion System Specialist
** to join our In-Service Engineering team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work closely with the A220 integration team and the A220 Customer Response Centre.

You will be part of the In-Service Engineering team for the Propulsion Systems.

Your role will be to develop technical solutions for Airlines, produce engineering documents to support aircraft return-to-service, and propose mitigations and solutions in collaboration with engineering team and supplier.
* You hold a university degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent diploma;
* You have a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Customer Support or airline operations (Maintenance Control/Engineering and/or Fleet Management/Fleet Technical Support);
* You have a basic knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems;
* You have good knowledge of aircraft propulsion systems (mainly engines);
* You have experience interfacing with Engine Manufacturer (an asset);
* You have the ability to make solidified and accurate decisions exercising good judgment skills;
* You are a team player with strong communication (verbal and written);
* You are organized, able to manage your time and be able to prioritize tasks effectively with short deadlines;
* You are bilingual (French and English), in both speaking and writting.
