A leading technology firm in Ottawa is seeking a highly skilled Hardware Design Engineer to develop THz transceivers and evaluation platforms from concept to production. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in hardware design for RF communication systems and be proficient in high-speed PCB design tools, preferably Cadence. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

On-site work in Ottawa is necessary.
