Compensation Range:
Between $75,000 - $125,000 CDN annually

Reporting to the Configuration Management Manager the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) the Specialist will be responsible for Maintain and update the aircraft maintenance program in the Electronic Record Keeping System (ERKS), ensure the integrity of life limited part data, and support the customer with queries, improvements, and configuration changes.

Essential Functions:

  • Update the maintenance program in ERKS – incorporate changes from IETM updates, modification releases, special inspections, and non‑standard repairs;
  • Maintain life‑limited part data – verify and keep current flight‑hours, manufacture dates, and other parameters required to track part life;
  • Develop and maintain documentation – write, revise, and publish processes and procedures that describe the work performed and the configuration of the maintenance program;
  • Customer support– respond to customer requests for enhancements, questions, or modifications related to ERKS operation, set‑up, and task definition;
  • Collaborate with the CMMS team – work closely with other CMMS specialists to ensure data consistency and adherence to configuration standards;
  • Continuous improvement – identify opportunities to streamline program updates, data integrity checks, and workflow efficiency;
  • Maintain part data in the Weight and Balance application – ensure that all part related information entered into the Weight and Balance system is accurate, conforms to data standards, and is kept up to date.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years in engineering, aerospace, or a related field, with exposure to maintenance program management;
  • BAC or Technical College Diploma (DEC) – preferably Aerospace, Mechanical or equivalent;
  • Proficient with ERKS (Maintenix) or comparable Computerized Maintenance Management System;
  • Capable of interpreting technical changes (IETM updates, releases) and translating them into accurate maintenance tasks;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to produce clear procedures and interact with Customer;
  • Ability to manage large data sets, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Power Query & Power BI (asset);
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English (must) and French.
  • Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance;
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
