In this senior position, you will play a crucial role within the EMC team, driving certification and compliance across all Bombardier products. Reporting to the Engineering EMC Section Chief, you'll engage in complex analyses, propose innovative compliance approaches, and mentor junior engineers. Your strong problem-solving skills will guide the team's success in addressing EMC challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and analyze complex EMC engineering assignments

• Resolve EMI and HIRF certification issues effectively

• Define and plan engineering project scopes and risks

• Review and assess technical engineering impacts

• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline

• 8 years of EMC experience, with emphasis on aerospace

• Familiarity with industry standards and airworthiness guidelines

• Experience with electromagnetic simulation software

• Strong communication skills in technical environments
