Responsibilities Lead and facilitate process improvement and problem-solving projects, using Lean Six Sigma, FMEA and DMAIC to identify waste and improve operational efficiency.
Facilitate Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and optimize processes.
Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.
Develop strategies and solutions with organizational stakeholders to increase knowledge around performance management, delivering value to customers and eliminating waste.
Engage the organization to embrace change and develop the organization to ensure the OE approach is the fundamental way to manage business performance and align with company goals.
Develop and manage timelines for projects and initiatives to ensure timely execution.
Foster a process-driven approach that instills standardization and execution through effective use of process, aligned KPIs, and supporting infrastructure.
Qualifications 5-10 years of manufacturing experience in continuous improvement, with specialization in Kaizen projects.
Degree or diploma in an engineering discipline or operations management/administration.
Demonstrated capability in change management and recognized leadership.
Proven facilitation skills with the ability to influence and engage others.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred) or Green Belt (must).
