Flight Operations Engineer – A220

• Update and maintain operational documentation for crew members (FCOM, AFM, FCTM, MMEL/CDL, QRH)
• Engage directly with customers to provide ongoing support
• Conduct technical studies on ATA systems and coordinate with engineering and support departments
• Define normal and abnormal procedures for flight crews in collaboration with stakeholders
• Prepare and submit support documentation for airworthiness authorities (EASA, FAA, TCCA) under the supervision of a CVE/DAD
• Study conditions for issuing MMEL or deviations and propose recommendations and alternative procedures to crews
• Apply Airbus aircraft configuration criteria to deliver tailored content for operators
• Support operators and coordinate with technical support teams
• Respond to operators’ technical questions related to flight operations
• Plan and present topics related to flight operations at seminars
• Visit airlines and conduct observation flights to improve their operations

• Engineering or master’s degree in aeronautical sciences, aerospace engineering, mechanics, transportation systems, embedded systems, or a related field
• Knowledge of international and local aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, EASA, FAA)
• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and manage unforeseen situations autonomously
• Proficiency in English
• Experience monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to stakeholders
