Located at Bombardier’s Dorval Plant 3, you'll be responsible for driving continuous improvement projects and engaging with key stakeholders. Your experience in manufacturing combined with your strong facilitation skills will be crucial in optimizing business processes and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate problem-solving initiatives

• Conduct process mapping and identify inefficiencies

• Plan and conduct Kaizen events with stakeholders

• Design and implement training to enhance team performance

• Promote standardization and process-driven culture
Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years’ manufacturing experience

• Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business

• Strong change management and leadership capabilities

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required

• Bilingual in French and English
