Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Ingénieur processus et Performance pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein du département Excellence opérationnelle, Manufacturing Engineering basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez à l'optimisation de la performance industrielle de l’A220.

You will be part of the Process and Performance Engineer team responsible for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. The team leads the Improvement Roadmap and monitors transverse industrial performance (Hazards, Efficiency, CVAT, Rate readiness, etc.). The team organization is set up to promote autonomous cross‑functional collaboration, supporting each other and learning collectively.

• Évaluer et optimiser la performance industrielle transverse à l'aide d'indicateurs clés (ex: efficacité, rythme de production, temps de cycle, etc.)
• Concevoir et maintenir les équilibrages de ligne standard (SLB) pour toutes les configurations de production
• Générer et publier les équilibrages finaux pour chaque avion en production
• Réaliser des analyses de cause racine (ex: Pareto) pour les aléas et les goulots d'étranglement
• Proposer des plans d'actions concrets et mesurables pour améliorer l'efficacité des processus
• Documenter et gérer les contraintes opérationnelles au niveau du PERT par poste afin d'optimiser la planification
• Piloter la feuille de route d'amélioration et les initiatives REX (Retour d'Expérience) avec l'équipe MFT Méthodes
• Assurer le lien avec les postes amonts et avals et être le point de contact avec l'EAP (Équipe Autonome de Production)

• Evaluate and optimize transverse industrial performance using key indicators (e.g., efficiency, production rate, cycle time, etc.)
• Design and maintain Standard Line Balancing (SLB) for all production configurations
• Generate and publish the final balancing for each aircraft in production
• Perform root cause analyses (e.g., Pareto) for hazards and bottlenecks
• Propose concrete and measurable action plans to improve process efficiency
• Document and manage operational constraints in the PERT per workstation to optimize planning
• Lead the improvement roadmap and REX (Return of Experience) initiatives with the Manufacturing Engineering MFT team
• Ensure the link with upstream and downstream workstations and be the point of contact with the EAP (Autonomous Production Team)

• Vous détenez un Diplôme en Génie Industriel ou dans une discipline connexe (ou expérience équivalente)
• Expérience professionnelle solide dans un environnement industriel, de préférence manufacturier ou aéronautique. Minimum required years of experience: 3-5 years
• Vous maîtrisez des concepts de performance industrielle, d'analyse de temps et d'équilibrage de lignes (SLB)
• Vous démontrez une expertise dans la modélisation de flux de production (PERT) et les méthodes d'analyse de cause racine (Pareto)
• Vous démontrez de la rigueur, un esprit de synthèse et de la proactivité
• Vous avez une capacité à travailler en autonomie et à interagir efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (Production, Qualité, Finance, Méthode, Ingénierie)
• Vous êtes agile en français et en anglais (oral et écrit) est essentiel

• You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Solid professional experience in an industrial environ ment, preferably manufacturing or aerospace. Minimum required years of experience: 3-5 years
• You master concepts of industrial performance, time analysis, and line balancing (SLB)
• You demonstrate expertise in production flow modeling (PERT) and root cause analysis methods (Pareto)
• You demonstrate rigor, an ability to synthesize, and proactivity
• You have an ability to work autonomously and interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Production, Quality, Finance, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering)
• Fluency in French and English (oral and written) is essential
