The Senior Electrical Engineer role requires leading power flow modeling, analyzing grid behaviors, and supporting market strategies. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team while contributing to the development of analytical tools and best practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct grid engineering work for power flow and transmission

• Develop models to assess grid congestion and analysis

• Analyze market strategies using grid behavior insights

• Partner with diverse teams on energy market initiatives

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or quantitative field

• Minimum of 5 years in power systems or transmission analysis

• Strong skills in PSS®E and optimization techniques

• Proficient in Python and SQL for analytical tasks

• Effective leadership and communication abilities
