Explore a position as a Level II NDT Technician in the aviation industry. Your expertise in inspections and certifications will ensure the integrity of aeronautical products.
As a key member of the NDT team, you will be tasked with the certification and inspection of aeronautical products. In this role, strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial as you perform various tests and calibrate equipment like magnetic particle and ultrasonic machines. Your responsibilities may include supervising the team in the NDT Team Lead’s absence, outlining findings in reports, and continuing to enhance your skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Certify and inspect a range of aeronautical products
• Review and set up tests following established procedures
• Calibrate and adjust test equipment for accuracy
• Evaluate results against defined metals standards
• Prepare detailed reports on testing findings
Requirements:
• Level II certifications in three NDT methods required
• Technical diploma from recognized NDT training institution
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Valid driver’s license and occasional travel required
