Our client is seeking an adept Network Support Specialist to provide crucial support in secure settings. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting Cisco environments, resolving connectivity issues, and maintaining operational standards in alignment with national security requirements. You'll actively engage in incident response and facilitate infrastructure upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver operational support for WAN/LAN networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco routing/switching issues
• Investigate network connectivity for seamless operations
• Implement changes using OSPF, BGP, VLANs, and tunneling
• Participate in configuration management and hardware installations
Requirements:
• Expertise in Cisco routing & switching systems
• Knowledge of OSPF/BGP fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Experience in secure enterprise environments
• Willing to work in secure federal facilities
