The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Process and Performance Engineer to join the Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering department based in Mirabel, Québec, Canada. The role involves optimizing the industrial performance of the A220 through continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Lead performance analysis, line balancing (SLB), and improvement roadmaps to optimize series production.
• Evaluate and optimize transverse industrial performance using key indicators such as efficiency, production rate, cycle time, etc.
• Design and maintain Standard Line Balancing (SLB) for all production configurations.
• Generate and publish the final balance for each aircraft in production.
• Perform root cause analysis (Pareto) for hazards and bottlenecks.
• Propose concrete and measurable action plans to improve process efficiency.
• Document and manage operational constraints per workstation to optimize planning.
• Lead the improvement roadmap and Return of Experience (REX) initiatives with the Manufacturing Engineering MFT team.
• Ensure link with upstream and downstream workstations and serve as the point of contact with the Autonomous Production Team (EAP).

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Solid professional experience in an industrial environ ment, preferably manufacturing or aerospace (minimum 3-5 years).
• Proficiency in industrial performance concepts, time analysis, and line balancing (SLB).
• Demonstrated expertise in production flow modeling (PERT) and root cause analysis methods (Pareto).
• Rigorous, proactive, strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in French and English.

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un ingénieur processus et performance pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein du département Excellence opérationnelle, Manufacturing Engineering, basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez à l'optimisation de la performance industrielle de l'A220.

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe Ingénieur processus et performance chargée de l'amélioration continue et de l'efficacité opérationnelle.

Votre rôle, en tant qu'ingénieur processus et performance, sera de piloter l'analyse de performance, l'équilibrage de ligne (SLB) et les feuilles de route d'amélioration pour optimiser la production de série.

• Évaluer et optimiser la performance industrielle transverse à l'aide d'indicateurs clés.
• Concevoir et maintenir les équilibrages de ligne standard (SLB) pour toutes les configurations de production.
• Générer et publier les équilibrages finaux pour chaque avion en production.
• Réaliser des analyses de cause racine (Pareto) pour les aléas et les goulots d'étranglement.
• Proposer des plans d'action concrets et mesurables pour améliorer l'efficacité des processus.
• Documenter et gérer les contraintes opérationnelles par poste afin d'optimiser la planification.
• Piloter la feuille de route d'amélioration et les initiatives REX avec l'équipe MFT Méthodes.
• Assurer le lien avec les postes amont et aval et être le point de contact avec l'EAP.
