As part of Bombardier’s engineering department, reporting to the EMC Section Chief, you will be tasked with multifaceted assignments regarding electromagnetic safety. With a minimum of eight years in the aerospace sector, you will guide projects focusing on Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Lightning protections. Your position offers opportunities for mentorship and enhancing best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute engineering analyses for EMI, HIRF, and Lightning

• Define scope of EMC projects and plan activities

• Assess and propose compliance strategies for new designs

• Mentor junior colleagues and interns

• Prepare detailed test procedures and reports
Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Eight years in aerospace EMC roles

• Comprehensive knowledge of airworthiness regulations

• Demonstrated ability in project reviews and risk assessment

• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
