Senior Engineer - EWIS Design Leadership

Location: dorval

Contribute to Bombardier's innovative designs as a Senior Engineer specializing in EWIS in Dorval, QC. This leadership role integrates technical know-how with team collaboration for aerospace projects.
The Senior Engineer position calls for experience in Electrical Wiring Interconnect Systems management and the leadership of a team of 3D designers in critical projects. You will be tasked with developing innovative wiring harness concepts and ensuring their integration into broader systems. Success in this role requires a blend of technical skill and the ability to respond to program dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead EWIS design projects and teams

• Develop harness concepts for new aerospace programs

• Ensure integration with internal and external engineering groups

• Provide support for change-management processes

• Engage in additional program-based tasks
Requirements:

• College or university degree in relevant engineering discipline

• 10 to 15 years of experience in aerospace

• Strong background in CATIA V5 and ECAD tools

• Knowledge of wiring design and certification rules

• Proficient in both French and English
