Aerospace Canada is seeking a Program Analyst & Challenger Platforms Lead Deputy in Dorval, QC, focused on driving program management excellence. Engage in strategic planning and leadership.
In this key role, you will oversee the Challenger program from planning through execution. You will integrate product portfolio requirements, manage costs, and lead vital projects across multiple functions. Effective communication and problem resolution will be vital as you interact with various stakeholders and ensure program objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support overall program management and strategic direction

• Manage integration of product changes and cost controls

• Lead complex projects ensuring cross-commodity collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between execution teams and stakeholders

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of program schedules
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of program management in aerospace

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering field required

• Advanced knowledge of product change and process management

• Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Required to be bilingual in French and English
